Our client contacted us wanting to transform an old steel factory into a karting theme park with a total of 7 different tracks including an internationally certified outdoor karting track. The 7 tracks consist of an outdoor adult’s track, outdoor kids track, indoor 3-level adults track, junior track, drift track, kids track and a driving school track.

After looking at the location and discussing with the client what is feasible within the area whilst matching the expectations, we started work to plan the venue to maximize the space to give exciting and exhilarating tracks with suiting facilities. The location is within a racetrack complex which helps the venue fit in with the racing theme.
